Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

At The Anfield Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Our Returns Policy

You have the right to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. This policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@theanfieldstore.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Once your return is authorized, pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include your proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please contact us at hello@theanfieldstore.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send out the replacement item. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@theanfieldstore.com with details of the product and the defect. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or full refund, including reimbursement of return shipping costs.

Exceptions

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized items (unless defective or damaged)

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive your goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You can use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

  • 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
  • (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
  • If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
